Drawing from her long and successful career specializing in therapeutic massage, injury management, and down-regulation of the nervous system, Kate is dedicated to speeding the recovery and rehabilitation of soft tissue damage due to accident, injury, or stress. She believes in empowering you to understand your body’s needs so that you can take charge of your own health and well-being, cultivating less pain in your body and more ease in your system.

Kate's background as a lifelong athlete, yoga instructor of many years and neurofeedback provider serve to further enhance your bodywork experience.

Her office is located inside the Little Oasis Wellness Center in the Fairhaven neighborhood of Bellingham.
